Teriyaki-style Cod

This Japanese teriyaki sauce is really quick and easy to prepare and tastes great with white fish.

I developed this recipe for Cactus News magazine as part of their Food Heroes project, in which they showcase local producers whose products you can buy at Cactus. This recipe is using cod from Icelandic fisherman Hallador Kristinsson. You can read more on his fish farm here.
