Festive Baking: Candied Orange Speculoos

I love Christmas time baking, but after years of making Zimtsterne, Vanillekipferl and Stollen, I feel like experimenting with new flavours. This year I’ve decided to give the traditional speculoos a little twist – by adding candied orange peel to the mix and icing the cookies. They turned out really lovely, I hope you like them too!
