Episode 3 – Sunday Lunch

This episode is all about enjoying a great lunch on a lazy Sunday.

In the UK, Sunday lunch is a real tradition. People often meet in their local pub to eat a roast and have a drink with their friends and family.

For my Sunday lunch, I’m making a homage to a traditional Luxembourgish dish – ham, chips and salad – with an English twist of course.

I’ll be roasting a lovely cider ham with a maple syrup glaze, making some mean roast potatoes and a lovely coleslaw salad. For dessert, I’m dishing up a real English delight, an Eton Mess.

Between the recipes I’m taking you to the hipster area of Shoreditch, which boasts one of the most eclectic food scenes in London.

  2. Hi Anne, I’m loving watching the series so far! My flatmate and I whistle along to the opening tune and keep laughing to ourselves whenever an English word that we recognise crops up. The filming is great and everything looks really slick! :D Love it!
