Looks yum! I’ve done something similar to what you suggest: goat cheese, honey and prosciutto. I’m sure the rosemary adds a little something extra!

Hey Sharon! It’s funny how we tend to have preconceived ideas about figs – I was never a big fan of the dried ones, so it was a real revelation to eat fresh figs. You should really try this recipe – I can’t wait to make it with goats cheese and honey!

I’ve only recently come round to figs – I used to think I didn’t like them! This looks really interesting (and pretty!) – definitely one to try this autumn.
