Spiced Pumpkin Apple Soup with Parmesan Crisps

The Germans wholeheartedly embrace pumpkin season, and most cafés will have pumpkin soup on the menu in autumn. There are innumerable ways to make a tasty pumpkin soup – this is one of my favourite recipes, as it adds tangy apples and warming spices to the mix. Serve it with salty parmesan crisps and you’re in pumpkin heaven!
