All the recipes on here are super easy to make – I’m not a trained chef, so anything I make is easy to be recreated by you! Ask me to chop an onion, and it will most likely look a mess – a yummy mess!

I’m from Luxembourg, but I live in London – which has heavily influenced my style of cooking. I love anything British, baking is my second nature and Asian food has always had a fond place in my heart.
