Episode 6: Istanbul / Veggie

I love how versatile Istanbul is as a city! This time I’m learning how to make pide and I’m going to a lovely café for brunch.

In my little kitchen, I’m preparing some ace veggie Turkish food: a savoury baklava, simple courgette fritters and Imam Bayildi – a melting aubergine.
